Computer Randomly Turns Off: 3 Reasons Why It May Be Happening
30 de August de 2020Computer Won’t Turn On – What Could It Be?
9 de September de 2020Work from home may not be everybody’s dream. It needs discipline, focus and good equipment to be as productive as you can be in the office. Focus and discipline may seems like things that will depend only on you, but we have some tips to be more productive when you work from home.
3 Work From Home Tips To Be Productive
See below the tips we choose to help you improve your productivity when you work from home and get the best of yourself!
-
Have a suitable space to work
You will find out that having a separated space at your home used just for work will improve your productivity. Your mind will be able to separate the workplace from the leisure/relaxing place at your home – like it happens when you are at a regular office.
This kind of separation will also help you be more focused – if you keep it clean and organized like you would do at the office. If you don’t have an extra room to do it, you can set up a small space with a table, chair and good light at any room in your house, even your garage.
-
Organize your routine
When we change from an office to our own home to work, it might be tricky to stick to a good productive routine. You may feel like waking up 5 minutes before you start working is the best thing ever, and the chance to stop at different times to play with your dog will help you feel better.
And I can’t say that playing with your dog won’t make you feel better, but it’ll help your productivity if you have a scheduled time for that.
Set up your alarm clock to wake you up at least half an hour before you sit in front of your computer and give yourself a good breakfast – have your lunch and finishing time also scheduled, just like a five minutes break during work.
This will help you keep your mind focused when working and relaxed at the right time, providing you a healthier and more productive life.
-
Have a good equipment
It’s already hard to be focused when you are working from home – the dog is barking, the bell is ringing, the family is talking. But, a good equipment can help you with that way more than you imagine.
Getting a good set of headphones can help blocking outside sounds, and will make you have less distractions.
Another thing that a good equipment can do for you is helping you do your work faster. A freezing computer will take time from producing, and make your mind get stressed out and reducing your capacity to do your best.
Sometimes, simple things will already help you with that like removing malwares, cleaning the hard drive or just removing unused programs. But sometimes you may need to invest and tune up your computer.
